At Hijabii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at care@hijabii.com.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges To exchange an item, please contact us at care@hijabii.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email care@hijabii.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
